WAVE Acoustics 3D Shapes are designed to absorb sound through both the interconnected web of PET fibers, and also the trapped air behind the face of the tile. These tiles are engineered to have a porous internal structure that traps air pockets, which act as chambers to absorb and dissipate sound energy.

EBB

The WAVE EBB is a 39” long tile with one elevated, undulating ‘wave’ coursing through its’ center.

HEXAGON

The WAVE HEXAGON is a 6-sided tile made with prominent quadrilateral shapes emanating from the tiles’ center enabling a ‘play’ of light and shadows that can be altered by the angle to which they are installed.

INTERSECT

The WAVE INTERSECT tile uniquely marries and connects five narrow and parallel ridges aligned perpendicular to square, with five wider ridges that intersect at 45°, bringing an angular play of pattern and shadow effects.

PEAK

The WAVE PEAK tile stands out due to its’ wide symmetrical triangles that converge into a ‘peak’ within each square. The repetitive pattern reflects ambient light from the different faces, while providing imagery of a distant mountain landscape.

PYRAMIDS

The WAVE PYRAMIDS tile is a relatively large format tile made of 36 equilateral square pyramids within the tile boundaries. Reminiscent of the foam eggcrate design used historically in recording studios, the PYRAMIDS bring durability and color options to the forefront.
